These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TND Listings website at www.tndlistings.com and all services provided by TND Listings Private Limited (CIN U68100MH2025PTC448661), operating under the brands TND Listings and The New Door, registered in Maharashtra, India (“TND”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
TND Listings provides residential property management, brokerage, listing, tenant placement and advisory services in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Specific service terms (fees, scope, duration) are set out in separate Service Agreements signed with each client.
2. Use of this website
- You may use this website for lawful purposes related to property enquiry and research.
- You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or commercially exploit any content on this website without our written permission.
- Property listings, prices and availability shown on this website are indicative and subject to change.
- EMI calculators, TDS calculators and other tools are provided for general guidance only and do not constitute financial or legal advice.
3. Property listings
We make every effort to ensure listings are accurate, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any listed property. TND is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listing information without independent verification.
4. Fees and payments
Property management fees, brokerage fees and listing fees are as agreed in writing with each client. Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise agreed. TND reserves the right to revise its fee structure with 30 days’ written notice to existing clients.
5. NRI and international clients
TND provides services to NRI clients subject to applicable FEMA regulations, RBI guidelines and Indian tax law. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the laws of their country of residence. TND does not provide tax or legal advice — always consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TND’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service that gives rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, design — is the property of TND Listings or licensed to us. The TND name, logo and “The New Door” brand are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
8. Privacy
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
