5+ years of Mumbai residential brokerage. Deep knowledge of Western or Central Mumbai micro-markets. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of TND client relationships with full CRM, legal and marketing support behind you.
Experience working with NRI clients (UAE, UK, USA, Singapore) on Mumbai property transactions. Knowledge of FEMA, NRE/NRO accounts, Power of Attorney and TDS is required. Fluent English essential. Hindi a strong plus.
On-ground property manager for inspections, tenant coordination, maintenance and owner reporting across our Mumbai portfolio. You must know Western, Central or South Mumbai well and have residential property management experience.
1–3 years of Mumbai residential sales. Ready to be trained on TND systems, NRI transactions and premium client servicing. Motivated self-starters who want to earn more and grow faster.
No experience needed — only curiosity, discipline and hunger to learn. You will shadow senior agents, learn Mumbai micro-markets, assist on NRI transactions, work with the TND App and build real skills in property management, marketing and client relations. We actively convert strong interns into full-time roles.
