A July 2026 industry report said excavation was progressing at about 10 to 11 metres a day. It didn't give a completion date, so treat any date you see in a brochure with caution.
Buy for what a location offers today. Treat new infrastructure as a possible bonus, not the reason to buy.
Tenants choose on today's commute. Price your rent on current travel times and nearby amenities. If commutes improve once the tunnel opens, you can revisit rent at renewal.
The reports we reviewed did not give a firm completion date. Check MMRDA updates for the latest position.
About 40 to 45 minutes, as reported.
