The TND app's Single View button shows all your properties in one place. Why tenants log rent in the app, and how it speeds up deposit refunds.

I'm Rahul Bhatt and I work on in-app development at TND Listings. If you own more than one flat with us, the update rolling out this month is for you: a Single View button in the TND mobile app.
It puts all your properties on one screen, so you can track them quickly without opening each one. The app already shows each property's occupancy, a financial snapshot with rent received, pending rent, deposit held and the next rent due, plus your reports and documents. Single View is about getting to that information in one tap instead of several.
Since July 2026, tenants in flats we manage submit their rent and other transaction details through the app. From the development side, this is the change I care about most, because it fixes the most common delay we see.
When a tenant moves out and recent rent payments were never logged, our operations team has to stop and ask for bank screenshots before the deposit can be settled. When every payment has been logged month by month, the settlement is just a calculation.
When every payment has been logged month by month, a deposit settlement is just a calculation.
On 1 October we also refreshed the User Guide and FAQ for the app and CRM, with the new menus, feature instructions, troubleshooting tips and an updated PDF guide for clients.
A desktop dashboard is in development, so you can do everything from a laptop as well. Our Technology Lead, Deepak Patil, has written about the CRM changes behind it.
The app is included for owners whose properties we manage. It's available on iOS and Android.
Yes. Tenants use it to log rent and transactions and to raise requests.
